You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms for our service:

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including Polar)
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or money-back guarantees except as required by law
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content, data, and schedules you create using Buildplanner. However, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content you upload or create. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
To transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems
To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

Buildplanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The service is a tool to assist with construction scheduling, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any schedules created using the service. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your schedules and for all decisions made based on the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buildplanner, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or construction delays, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any construction project delays, cost overruns, or other issues that may arise from the use of our scheduling tool.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buildplanner and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
